Located in the General Classroom Building (GCB) room 120

We are happy to assist students and faculty with the following:

  • Reset CES passwords
  • Reset email passwords
  • Minor Computer problems
  • Wireless Connectivity
  • Windows Updates
  • Symantec Antivirus installs and updates


Please go to GCB119 for assistance with:

  • Restoring computer to factory image
  • Consultation on hardware replacement

Helpdesk Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Operator Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday 7am-9pm, closed on Sundays.

Note: The office of Security handles all calls after hours and on Sundays.
