  • PASSWORD - I cannot login to BYUH systems (DUO, Email, Workday, etc.)
  • ACCESS - I CAN log in, I can't see what I need (Canvas, Workday, Peoplesoft, etc.)
  • AV Equipment - I'm having trouble with university AV equipment
  • Computer - I need help with a university office computer, printer, or software
  • Lab - I need help with a TVA, Hale, Computer Lab, or Kiosk computer/printer/software
  • Network - I can't connect to the network
  • Phone - I need help with a university or PCC office phone
  • IPTV - Report a problem with the TV signal or I need help with my Set Top Box
  • Web - Request assistance with a BYUH website
