Note: Sign in requires a CES Net ID and password. The login should be typed as CESNetID@byuh.edu.
Office 365 is available to students and university employees at no cost. The license enables users to install a full desktop version of Office applications on five (5) personal computers as well as five (5) Windows tablets and/or iPads and multiple smartphones (iPhones, Androids). Office 365 includes both online and offline access to documents and editing. The download will come directly from Microsoft. The software will only continue to work while you are a current student or employee of the university. When your role as student or employee is terminated, the software becomes read only. One Drive storage is also available for a 1TB storage space.
The following will be available for download with an active CES Neid and password.

- OneNote - note taking, organizing
- Outlook - email, scheduling, contacts

- 1 TB of One Drive storage space
- Online browser (web) application to edit OneDrive documents
