The BYU–Hawaii Office of Information Technology (OIT) uses a standard-rate SMS text program to send messages related to IT services. These may include system alerts, maintenance notifications, security updates, service reminders, and other IT-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in, end-users agree to receive pre-written messages from or on behalf of the BYUH Office of Information Technology via a designated short code.
