To login to your email in Outlook Web App, please login as BYUHNetid@byuh.edu with your BYUH password.
Once logged in, if you see the "Office 365" in the upper left hand corner of your browser, you have been migrated.
Please feel free to use this web address and interface to access your email, calendar and contacts in the event you have issues with your email client such as Outlook. Please bookmark http://go.byuh.edu
STEP 3. Configure your mobile devices for Office 365 If your account is set up on a mobile device and you are experiencing some problems, you may need to delete and recreate your device's email account. Please go to the Client Configuration menu on the left or click here
STEP 4: Log in to your Outlook ClientRemember , you will have to login to Outlook with your email address which is your BYUHNetid@byuh.edu and your BYUH password. If this is your first time opening the Outlook client after the migration, you may see a pop-up box saying your administrator has made a change that requires you to quit and restart Outlook.
Restart or close your Outlook client. Once Outlook is restarted and you have successfully logged in, look at the lower right hand corner of the Outlook window for the status information. It may say " Trying to connect..." The outlook client will not start updating until the status says, "Connected to Microsoft Exchange".
The client will take a few minutes to update after it has connected to the Exchange server. Please be patient, this could take some time. In the meantime, feel free to use the Outlook Web App, http://go.byuh.edu
