ITI Telephone Services
David N.F. Lee (Telephone Service Manager ) and Ramond Brothers (IP Telephony System Administrator) are located in JFS 132 next to ITI office.
The ITI Telephone Services is under the direction of David Lee who is assisted by Ramond Brothers. Together they provide telephone headsets, connections, and fax capabilities to the university and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Back in September 2007, the Telephone Services and the Networking team started deploying Cisco IP and analog phones on campus for different depts and the Resnet area (Hale & TVA). We also deployed IP phone and analog set for the Polynesian Cultural Center back in Oct 2008. Both entities are now fully on the Cisco phone system (Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
