ITI Telephone Services   

Welcome to the ITI Telephone Services web site. Ramond Brothers is the Telephone Services Manager and John Moleni is the VoIP/Video engineer. They are located in GCB109.

The ITI Telephone Services provides telephone headsets, connections, and fax capabilities to the university and the Polynesian Cultural Center. We also support UCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express) for the BYUH Call Center/Operators, the PCC Reservation and we support the Cisco Webex for video and voice conference.

Please pay attention to these instructions and announcements below.
Please report any phone, voicemail and fax issues to the Call Center at 808-675-3921 or email help@byuh.edu. A ticket will be dispatched to the ITI Telephone Services.

Office 365 Migration: Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging migration to Office 365. The new Pilot Point or Access numbers is now 53273 (675-3273).
