IT Operations (ITO)
The IT Operations team consists of dedicated and skilled individuals committed to serving the BYU–Hawaii community by supporting the information technology needs of the university in a timely and professional manner while providing student workers varied opportunities for development and leadership in IT support.
IT Operations area of responsibility includes everything from the wall or network, to the user. Some examples of these are:
- computer
- monitor
- keyboard/mouse
- phones
- printers
- projectors
- podiums
- locally installed university applications
