Morning Duties

Duties for the morning opening

After clocking in,

  1. Unlock the doors
  2. Turn on the lights
  3. Turn off the security alarm
  4. Turn on the computers and monitors (if they haven't auto started)
  5. Log into Extension Mobility (on the phone)
  6. Log into the Cisco Agent Desktop
  7. Log into BOC
  8. Handle incoming calls

The following duties should be performed as soon as possible between calls:

  1. Clear off desks & floor of any mess
  2. Check Call Center & Helpdesk Voicemail
  3. Services Checklist:

Immediately alert the contact person for the service if it fails. Call Cindy if you aren't sure.
