As we transition to RingCentral, physical desk phones will be phased out, and all calls will be handled through your computer or mobile device. We understand that adjusting to new technology can be challenging, so we want to provide clear guidance on your headset options.
Your current headset, including Bluetooth models like Delton, Samsung, Plantronics, and AirPods, should work with RingCentral. However, for the best experience and full button compatibility, we recommend using RingCentral-approved headsets.
OIT will provide a standard wired headset at no cost. A list of affordable headset options is available below. If you prefer a Bluetooth or premium model headset, your department will need to cover the cost using department funds. As such, these can be found on Amazon, CDW-G or Hello Direct.
