RingCentral Early Access
We're excited to announce that the RingCentral Testing Phase will be live starting April 1, 2025, and will run for three weeks before our official go-live date on April 23, 2025.
Users are encouraged to explore and familiarize themselves with the new phone system during this testing phase. Each user will be assigned a temporary phone number during this period to practice and test RingCentral features without impacting their regular extension.
You can:
- Make and receive calls
- Use video calling
- Configure your call settings
- Connect your calendar to RingCentral
- Test key features in your day-to-day workflow
This is a great opportunity to get comfortable with RingCentral and ensure everything is set up the way you need it before the full transition.
Log in at ringcentral.com with your RingCentral credentials (netid@byuh.edu and password) and familiarize yourself with the app to get a head start. You can also watch these videos for tips on getting started and learn how to navigate the RingCentral app.
